Premier Plan Overview
The Premier Plan is a comprehensive
three-phase program that will revitalize your business in approximately
six-months. Our primary objective is to formulate and put into action
multiple strategies for improving operations and greater profitability. I
will be on site daily and be exclusively dedicated to seeing the business
successfully through each phase.
During the first phase, I will integrate
myself into the business. Through extensive participant observation, I’ll
be gaining first hand knowledge of operations and personnel. I’ll gather
ideas and the necessary information to formulate new strategies. I will
start writing an operations manual and formulating the marketing and
merchandising plans. I’ll create sales workshops and leadership seminars
for the staff. My personal on site time will be extensive.
During phase two, I’ll interact more with
owners, sales staff and instructors in a tutorial manner. I will conduct
sales workshops with groups and work one-on-one with key personnel. My
job is to exploit individual strengths, to root out dormant skills and
knowledge, to strengthen and reinforce these attributes in everyone and to
allow the owners and staff to be fully part of the changing process. My
on site presence will slightly ebb as staff assumes more responsibilities.
During the final
phase, we will fully integrate all aspects of the new operations
manual, marketing strategy and sales and merchandising plans. The
accumulation of all prior weeks of brainstorming and work will be set in
final motion. Committed, dedicated owners and staff then will propel the
business into the future with greater profitability! During this phase, I
will act in a consultative role, as owners and employees now are ready to
take full control.
