My job is to exploit individual strengths, to root out dormant skills and knowledge, to strengthen and reinforce these attributes in everyone and to allow the owners and staff to be fully part of the changing process. My on site presence will slightly ebb as staff assumes more responsibilities. During the final phase, we will fully integrate all aspects of the new operations manual, marketing strategy and sales and merchandising plans. The accumulation of all prior weeks of brainstorming and work will be set in final motion. Committed, dedicated owners and staff then will propel the business into the future with greater profitability!
